PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
30% Solids. 300?F Heat Resistance. VOC Compliant.
Simply the best spray paint available. One can does the job of four cans.
Food Contact Rating Category 21: Acceptable for surfaces where there is a possibility of incidental food contact. Tested best in corrosion protection by independent laboratory. A superior industrial spray paint formulated for maintenance operations where maximum performance is required. This high solids paint does not run or sag, and triples the coverage of conventional spray paints. Can be applied to bare metal, but for maximum protection, use our MRO Red Iron Oxide Primer or Light Gray Primer. Excellent choice for industrial equipment overhauling due to its outstanding hardness, superior durability, abrasion and heat resistance.
Provides protection against: Mild acids, weather, gasses, rust, oil, gasoline, corrosive chemicals and wear.

User reccomendations: ** IMPORTANT**
1. GENERAL: Do not use in temperatures below 50?F. May be applied without the use of a primer coating. Best on metals surfaces when used in conjunction with our MRO Primer coatings. Dry to touch in 30 minutes. Full curing time 6-24 hours depending on ambient conditions. Re-coat best before 1 hour or after 48 hours. Excessively thick coats may lead to sagging and longer curing time.
2. PRIOR TO USE: This paint contains high solid levels. The can must be well shaken for a few minutes to mix liquid ingredients with solid particles that set on the bottom of can while being inactive. Shake can until ball ratles freely. Failure to shake can before using may cause only solids to be released by the spraying mechanism and become clogged.
3. WHILE IN USE: Shake can every 30 seconds of spraying, to recharge can spraying pressure and achieve the best finish.
4. AFTER EACH USE: To prevent spraying mechanism from clogging, invert can upside down and activate spray valve for a few seconds until paint stops comming out and only air is being released. This procedure will air clean the spraying machanism and prevent it from becoming clogged with residual paint. Color: Safety Orange Odor: Solvent
