Shipping & Return Policies
The following information pertains only to orders placed directly through us either online at https://www.chemjoe.com or by calling 1-800-442-6803 ChemJoe. For orders placed through an Authorized Dealer, consult with your local dealer for shipping and/or return policies specific to your location.
Available Shipping Services
Standard Shipping Continental USA
Orders shipped UPS Ground will be shipped within 48 business hours, subject to payment verification and product availability. Delivery time is 3-7 business days for orders shipped throughout the Continental United States. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Holidays.
Expedited Shipping (2nd Day Air), Expedited Shipping (Next Day Air)
UPS will not ship these products via air. Our products CANNOT be shipped via Next Day Air.
Freight Shipping (Large Orders)
For large orders, shipping via freight allows us to package your entire order into one unit (wooden palette) rather than shipping multiple loose boxes, lowering the risk of damage or lost items during transit. Typical shipping times are comparable (or faster) to other means of shipping. Customers using freight service must be able to accept a palette (access to forklift). Call 1-800-442-6803 for more information regarding freight shipping.
Damaged Shipments
All customers who receive damaged merchandise must notify us within 3 days of receipt. To report a damage, call 1-800-442-6803 and have your order information ready. We will then contact the shipper to initiate a damage claim. The shipper will return to the delivery location, inspect the damage, and return the merchandise to us. Upon notification or delivery from the shipper, the replacement merchandise will be reshipped, using the same service the as originally shipped. This process can take anywhere from 1-8 business days. If a customer cannot wait for the claims process, products may be re-purchased and shipped, for urgency by the customer. Upon damage claim notification from the shipper a credit will be issued for the re-purchased merchandise.
Please note: the re-shipping of replacement merchandise may take up to 10-14 business, including shipping time.
Returns
Before shipping your return or exchange, please call 1-800-442-6803 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused at the time of delivery.
All returns must be made within 5 days after purchase date, in original sealed packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returned merchandise must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please use UPS Ground, tracking number and insure all merchandise, we cannot accept responsibility of any uninsured or lost packages. Place RMA# on top of box being returned.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be made within 30 days after purchase date, in original sealed packaging. All additional shipping fees are payable by the customer. All exchanged merchandise must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please use UPS Ground with tracking number and insure all merchandise, we cannot accept responsibility of any uninsured or lost packages. Place RMA# on top of box being returned.
Please allow 10-14 business days to receive new merchandise
Using a Freight Forwarding Agent
We can ship your merchandise to a freight forwarder within the Continental USA if you desire. All shipping charges and fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers: If you are ordering products UPS will not ship these products via air — you must use a freight forwarder (or other means) to transport these products to your location.
